GENERAL ORDERING INFORMATION

PHONE ORDERS: Phone orders are accepted, but must be followed up with authorized written confirmation, designated as such to avoid duplication.

FAX ORDERS: Fax orders are accepted, but must be followed up with authorized written confirmation, designated as such to avoid duplication.

PRODUCTION TIME: Production time on domestic items is 3-4 weeks from date of receipt of camera-ready artwork or proof approval**. All rush orders are subject to a 5% rush charge.

PRICING: All prices include a one color imprint**. Additional imprint colors are $.16 each.

ARTWORK: All processes require artwork which is camera ready and/or color separated artwork 100% to size. If the customer supplies artwork which is not camera ready, color separated, or is not deemed suitable for the process requested, We may either return the artwork for proper preparation or prepare the necessary artwork. If additional preparation is required, we reserve the right to bill the cost of the necessary preparation and to charge up to $30.00 for this preparation without advanced notification. Faxed artwork is not acceptable. Modification(s) requested after the initial proof has been produced will be charged based on additional costs incurred.

IMPRINT METHODS: silk screening, hot-stamping and embossing.

• Screen charge: $50.00 per color.
• Hot stamping: $40.00 per plate.
• Embossing: $40.00 per plate.
  (Minimum quantity is 250).

PMS color match: $15.00 per color.

SPECIAL COLORS: Special color requests can be honored, depending on the model, fabric, and quantity ordered*.

PROOFS: Proofs are available at the cost of the item plus the screen or plate charge.

CUSTOM MANUFACTURING: We have the ability to manufacture and import items to your particular specifications. Production time and pricing varies, depending on the item and the quantity ordered*. Please allow 24 hours for price quotes on custom items.

SAMPLES: Random imprinted samples are available at end quantity net pricing. Custom samples are available. Pricing is determined by the cost of hand producing each individual case plus all additional costs incurred.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders cannot be cancelled without permission from the factory. Customers will be billed for all charges incurred plus a cancellation charge of $20.00.

CHANGES ON ORDERS: A $25.00 charge will be assessed for changes made on orders that have already been processed, but are not in production. Telephone instructions regarding changes are accepted, but authorized written confirmation must follow.

RETURNS: Prior factory approval required on all items to be returned. Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice date.

OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS: Every effort will be made to ship the exact quantity ordered. However, we reserve the right to over or under ship by no more than 5%.

EXACT QUANTITY ORDERS: Must be specified on order. Add 5% to list price of the item(s).

DISCLAIMER POLICY: Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot always guarantee the continuity or exact shade of material or ink colors. Minor differences may occur in fabric weight, fabric finish, and overall size of the finished product.

PACKAGING: Bulk: Weight varies with each item. Custom packaging is available*.

SHIPPING: Every effort will be made to ship via the best way possible.

DROP SHIPMENTS: Drop shipment programs are available.*

TERMS: Net 15 days.

FOB: Factory: Illinois**.

CO-OP PROGRAMS: Co-op programs are available (minimum 250 units.)*

UNION LABEL: We are a union shop, authorized to place the union label on our products.

DIRECT IMPORTS: All items can be purchased on a direct import basis*. Allow 120 days for delivery.

CATALOGS: Up to 4 catalogs are available at no charge. Additional copies are $1.00 each.
