The
EZ-Jump "Smart" Booster Cable System is unique
because
it helps overcome the two basic problems with jump-starting:
attaching all four clamps correctly, and sparks causing a battery
explosion.
First, you connect the clamps of one section to one
battery and
see if the safety LED is on. If so, you connected the
section
correctly and, if not, simply switch the clamps on the
terminals
and get the light on.
Repeat the process with the 2nd section,
and problem number
one is taken care of; all four clamps are
connected correctly.
Then step away from the cars and plug the yellow
connectors
together. This way if there is a spark, its away from the
batteries.
